I was born in Warrnambool and started drawing when I was very young. My art connects me to my culture and I especially enjoy drawing, painting and burning Australian animals onto my designs. I tried carving emu eggs a few years ago, and I now enjoy this medium as well. My art is relaxing for me, and I have successfully taught myself to paint, carve wood, carve eggs, burn onto skins and wood. I have recently started sculpting large tree logs into native animals and have many of my designs within the gardens around the Ballarat & District Aboriginal Cooperative.
