I was born in Footscray in Victoria. I did not know I was Aboriginal but when I had family visitors coming to stay, I was told that I was. It was later when my Mother explained to me that she was Aboriginal….and I was too.
I have sold my artwork to many hundreds of people from across the world. I also have pieces at the High Commission in London, the United Nations Building in New York. Several of my paintings have also been gifted to the Governor General’s of Australia over the past few years.
My artwork is very important to me, as it connects me to my culture and allows me to tell my stories and share my knowledge as a Proud Wadawurrung man.
